The street is wide, properly illuminated throughout the night and the area is safe.The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with a double bed, 2 sunny windows facing the street, spacious living room with a chaise-longue sofa with capacity for 1 additional guest and a dining corner.* Bathroom 1 with washbasin, WC and modern shower.* Bathroom 2 with washbasin, WC.* Very well-equipped sunny kitchen.* Patio with washing machine.The vast majority of the city's attractions can be easily accessed on foot, the only ones where you will need to take the metro are:*** La Sagrada Familia (10 minutes direct by metro)*** Park Güell (17 minutes direct by metro).*** Passeig de Gràcia (shopping) (8 min direct by metro).There are some cafés just below, grocery stores and tapas bars.And especially, the legendary live music and concert club of Barcelona, SALA APOLO, is just 200 metres away. Receiving a complaint or having knowledge that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
