Bodare 1 is an attractive and captivating ground floor holiday apartment. Situated just a short walk (footpath) from Daymer Bay. A light stricken paved terrace leads down some steps to a private garden, a gate leads into the further lavishly manicured communal gardens, the start of the footpath can be found here. Bodare 1 sleeps eight guests in three welcoming bedrooms, perfect for family and friends with parking for two cars outside. The main bedroom has a super king sized bed with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed with family bathroom next door and the final bedroom has twin beds plus bunk beds, perfect for the children to share. A third shower room will end the arguments over who uses the bathroom first. The fashionable social open plan living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfy sofas; floor to ceiling windows give it an illusion of never ending and throws the sunrays onto the large dining area. With a huge appeal to both the young and not so young, Daymer Bay has recently been voted one of the best beaches in the world! St. Enodoc Church, once buried in the sand, is within comfortable walking distance of Daymer Bay and is the resting place of Sir John Betjeman. Daymer Bay holds great appeal for wind surfers, kite surfers and paddle boarders, with the gentle waves rolling up the estuary. There is enormous fun too for small children with buckets and spades and fishing in the rock pools.
