From the lounge, stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find a refreshing family bathroom with a shower over the bath plus a WC. This floor also features two bedrooms: a light and airy double bedroom and a cosy twin room perfect for big and little ones.
Stepping outside from the conservatory, the enclosed rear garden is a welcoming suntrap and has a seating area and generous lawn, making an ideal space for everyone to laze in the sun and enjoy a BBQ. Parking is on-street and in close proximity to the cottage.
