Our hilltop location offers a magnificent 360-degree panoramic view, with each of our 5 elegant rooms overlooking the enchanting hills of Saludecio and the picturesque Conca Valley. A spacious terrace and garden are at your disposal to admire our vineyards and olive groves and breathe in the fresh countryside air. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, mosquito nets, and WiFi connection to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
We also have a small swimming pool with a beautiful landscape view.
Villa Arcadia is part of a small farm designed in permaculture that cares for 7 hectares of surrounding land sustainably and respectfully. The project allows us to offer our guests experiences related to permaculture, yoga, meditation, and more, in addition to a delicious breakfast served in our characteristic porch, where you can savor the genuine flavors of local products.
Located at the center of mountain biking and trekking routes, our structure is the ideal starting point to explore the natural and historical beauties of the area, including Urbino, San Marino, and San Leo.

"Borragine" is an elegant double bedroom on the Villa's top floor, accessible from the terrace. The room features 3 windows, providing a bright environment, in harmony with its elegant yet rustic character.
Renovated, it offers a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a single bed, ideal for families or friends. The private bathroom includes towels, a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer, with a view of Romagna hills. Additionally, there's a spacious wardrobe and mirror for convenience.
