The coast offers sweeping sea views, fresh sea air, and peaceful beaches ideal for walks especially the coastal path, swimming, dolphin watching and watching the changing tides. The sandy beaches found on the coast include New Quay, Llangrannog and Tresaith. Inland, the surrounding countryside unfolds into rolling fields, quiet lanes, and traditional villages, perfect for exploring.
