This picturesque granite pillared cottage offers spacious accommodation over three floors. Whilst it is relatively recently built, it has a traditional cottage feel allowing the best of both worlds.
Outside there is a lovely courtyard with a bench to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee in the warm evenings
Enter the cottage via the traditional stable door and you will find the heart of the home with a lovely country-style kitchen with dining area, two cosy armchairs and wall mounted flat screen TV. Perfect for family entertaining.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, washer/dryer, integrated microwave and fridge freezer.
Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover a welcoming haven, a snug sitting room exuding warmth and comfort. The room is furnished with a sumptuous corner sofa decorated with lovely scatter cushions, TV and quirky furnishings.
On the first floor is a pretty twin-bedded room with wardrobe and mirrored dressing table. A separate wc is also situated on this floor.
On the second floor, there are two further good-sized light and airy bedrooms, the first of which offers wonderful flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be made up as two single beds or one king sized bed. There is also chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables. The third bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a window table and chairs.
The walk-in shower room located on the ground floor which is ideal after a day on the beach. There is also a free-standing basin and WC.
On the second floor there is a family bathroom with bath with shower over and hand basin. There is a further separate WC on both the first and second floors.
