There are 2 double bedrooms and a large bedsofa that sleeps 2. We provide an extra mattress topper (5cm) for the sofabed for optimal sleeping comfort.
The apartment forms part of a residential building served with a lift and staircase. There is a flight of stairs to get to the lift and is therefore not wheelchair accessible. In Malta is free parking space on the streets but we recommend guests to park in a paid public car park across the road due to lack of parking space on the streets.
The apartment is in the form of an open living, dining and kitchen area, a main bathroom equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, a guest bedroom and a main bedroom with ensuite facilities.
The kitchen is equipped with a built-in fridge/freezer combi, electric built-in oven and micro wave, an induction hob, an electric extractor and a dishwasher. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, eletrcic kettle etc are also provided.
There are 3 mounted AC units (living room and in the bedrooms) for cooling, heating and drying of the apartment.

We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.
Other things to note:
Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.
Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. Storage in the property (before check-in or after check-out) is not possible. We offer practical information such as where to find the lugguge storage terminals, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc. upon booking confirmation.
Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.
