On the ground floor is one double with en-suite shower room, which is accessed via a step down, with WC. There is also a choice of two elegant bathrooms and a shower room on this floor with the choice to enjoy an invigorating shower or relax and unwind in the bath. There is an exterior step by the back door. Outside there are two acres of grounds to explore with an enclosed area, maze-like paths through the gorse leading up to the highest point with panoramic views over the golf course, bay and out to sea.
