American style fridge/freezer, electric range oven with hob, kettle, microwave toaster. Utility room: butler sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, single door to garden.
Bedroom 1: King size bed (can be made into a twin room on request as 2 x 2ft 6 singles) bedside tables, wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Double size bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: 3ft bunk beds (suitable for children only) chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table.

No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels/pool towels and cot linen as necessary.
The heating is operated via the log burning stove, with its back boiler
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
