Summary: The staff were lovely it was so close to Disney and the shuttle bus was very reliable The shower was difficult to use because the holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head, and the plug in the bathroom sink was broken and got stuck. I stripped the bed upon leaving the room, just for ease for staff and the pillows were gross, other peoples hair all matted in it.
