Guests are asked to respect house rules, and the host reserves the right to decline bookings from previous rule violators. A security deposit of EUR 150,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay.
