Parking is available for all residents, with common shared spaces outside the complex for free use. Vale de Parra has a few restaurants, cafe bars, and a mini market are within a short walk from the house, and Albufeira town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and Uber are in the area now and are usually easy to order.
The nearest Supermarket is Aldi just a few minutes away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.
The best beaches are close too, around 30 minute walk or 10 minutes max in the car. Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches all have great restaurants too.
Salgados Golf Course is closeby for the golfers!
