The balcony faces the street, Avenida Venezuela, which is a pedestrian zone in the front section leading to the large Plaza de España. The front section of the street is open to traffic.
The living room features a cozy sofa with two armchairs and a large, solid-wood coffee table, as well as a dining table with 6 chairs. The solid-wood display cabinet contains some high-quality tableware, so it remains locked.
The separate, modern kitchen is decorated in dove blue and is very well-equipped. It is located right at the entrance to the apartment. The kitchen features another small table with 4 chairs for a light breakfast, as well as a small flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
