Positive: My stay at Add Sloan truly felt like coming home. The service is exceptional — I can even place my room service order before checking in, and after a long flight, having my food ready in the room means everything. The doormen are outstanding: warm, funny, always smiling, and full of character. The front desk team is superb as well, consistently helpful and efficient with anything I need. The bar is spectacular, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and comfortable.
