Summary: The location was very good. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast and coffee were good. Rooms could use some more light. All in all a pleasant experience.

Summary: This bed and breakfast is owned by a very friendly and kind lady who has a daughter who is also very friendly and an art historian. The property is wonderful but the only drawback is that you may need to take a taxi to find it. Once there, though, it's within a short walk of one of Orvieto's main squares with a number of restaurants. It's also a fairly short walk to the Duomo, which is absolutely stunning.

Perfect place to stay in Orvieto!
You need to be able to navigate some stairs but I found this okay.

Summary: It is a nice place to stay but you need to be able to take your bags to it from the carpark which is about a 15 minutes walk up steps. Maybe we missed the lift? Also there is no lift in the building so we had to carry bags to the top floor so it is only suitable for fairly fit people.
