Summary: Balata Bianca is a clean, modern, and very comfortable hotel with five guestrooms. It's conveniently located within easy walking distance of the old port and restaurants by the harbor as well as a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian street Via Roma with all of its shops and restaurants. Some of the guestrooms have a small balcony with a view of the harbor. The shower has soothing mood lighting that changes colors. The lovely covered breakfast terrace is on the roof with views of the harbor on one side and Mediterranean Sea on the other side. The full breakfast includes croissants, cakes, cereals, fresh fruit, ham and cheese, yoghurt, fruit juices, coffee, and tea. The hotel even provides its guests with complementary beach umbrellas and beach towels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you are visiting Lampedusa, I absolutely recommend the Balata Bianca! You won't be disappointed.
