Summary: We had a great stay in Florence in large part because of Marco at BB Porta. When we arrived at BB Porta he pulled out a map and showed us places that we should see, gave us recommendations for some of his favorite restaurants and marked them on the map which made them easy to find. He was available and helpful throughout our entire time in Florence. The location of BB Porta was also great. It was a little bit off the beaten path, which was great, but within walking distance of all the major sites of Florence. We loved our stay here and still talk about how great Marco was. We would highly recommend a stay here.
