- Check-in time is 3pm
and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
This is a privately owned chalet, so the office on site will not answer any questions or queries in relation to your booking.
However before you book
Please bear in mind you will be asked to provide the following information within 48 hours of your arrival

Mobile number
Home address
Car model including registration and colour.
This information will be submitted on an online form and sent across to the office.
I will still need this information if your booking arrival day is outside the 48 hours.
If you are not willing or happy to provide this information you will not be able to continue with your stay and your booking will have to be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
We are a dog friendly chalet and upon request we will accept 2 dogs with a charge of 20GBP per dog.
This will be asked to be paid for if it has not been included in your charges.
If the information requested is not provided immediately within 48 hours notice.
Your booking may go ahead but unfortunately I will not be able to provide free passes for the facilities to be used.
This Chalet CANNOT be used for Business Purposes.
No refund will be given once the booking has been made within the cancellation policy.
