House with garden in Serdio, a quiet town of Cantabria, 8 kms from San Vicente de la Barquera. Next to the mountain and beautiful beaches. Ideal area for walks and excursions on foot or by car. The Camino de Santiago passes through the town. Very close to the each is the village church, as well as a bar where you can order food on request.
The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor are the living room and kitchen, integrated and fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, iron). It also has a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds. We have a travel cot. There is a full bathroom en suite, and another shared bathroom. On the 2nd floor there is a diaphanous attic. The house has a large garden with barbecue. And a porch with glass roof, to enjoy in summer and winter.
