Under the covered terrace, guests can respite from the hot sun by day, and cook up a family feast on the barbeque by night. The living room has direct access to the terrace for optimum convenience. There is a small lip through the patio doors. The path to the pool area is 190cm wide. The poolside terrace is flat with tiles and a lawn on either side. You have to walk on the lawn to get from the front to the back of the villa externally. This is a ground-floor property. There is 1 step from the kitchen to the dining area, and 1 internal step in the lounge. The bedroom at the end of the hallway has a door width of 67cm, whilst the shower room door is 69cm wide.
