Positive: Great apartment, very modern and brand new. Could easily see myself staying there for a while.

Negative: Since I think we may have been the first guests in this unit I’d like to leave some hopefully helpful feedback. Here are a few suggestions: - The controls for lights, blinds, temperature etc. are a bit difficult to read (small print), especially when it’s dark. Also, the description should be in English also. - Add some towel hooks to the bathroom - Add bigger (tea) mugs and (beer) glasses to the kitchen inventory - It would be nice to have a privacy curtain in front of the big windows. Unless the blinds are down you are on full display to all other people facing the courtyard. - We’d prefer two individual comforters instead of one big one. - There was a loud ticking sound coming from the wall (floor heat?). However it stopped after a while.

Summary: Great, modern apartment with lots of amenities for a great price!
