This beautiful terraced cottage in the picturesque village of Bishopstone is centrally located, with easy pedestrian access to village amenities as well as good access to main routes and attractions in the area. The views are some of the best in the village, looking out towards the Ridgeway, with the warm, private, south-facing patio being ideal to enjoy them. There are two parking spaces on the paved driveway off the road directly in front of the cottage. The large covered front porch provides storage for walking boots and gear.

In the entrance hall there is space to hang coats leading to a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchene is spacious and bright. There is an electric Range cooker and oven, fridge, dishwasher and a large Belfast sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster and kettle and kitchen utensils available. There is a kitchen dining table for four people and a door leading to the patio and garden.

The living room has a bay window bringing in south facing light and warmth. There is a large wood burning stove which will be made ready for you to light on first arrival. Extra wood is available on request. There is one wide sofa bed to accommodate a fourth guest if required.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms with large, bright south-facing windows and views. Room 1 has a king size bed and a large wardrobe. Room 2 has a single bed. There are shelves and a small wardrobe. Both rooms have electric radiators. In the bathroom there is a bath with a shower over and a heated towel rail.

On the sunny, south-facing patio you will find a bistro table and chairs from which to enjoy the view. Feel free to use any herbs from the patio planters for your drinks or meals.

The steps leading down from the patio bring you to the lower garden and down to a decked area. This little suntrap space is incredibly private and the perfect spot to relax in the garden. Across the lawn from the lower deck there is a gate and steps down to the village footpath know as The City.

You should note that this is a traditional cottage and has varying ceiling heights. In the sloped and terraced garden there are steep and uneven steps and level changes. Younger children should be supervised. If required there is a gate at the top patio level to prevent access to the lower garden.
