Summary: Had a fire in the hotel on the 4th floor after 9.40 pm. That floor was removed from use for obvious reasons. Fire was apparently caused by faulty equipment in the store room. Booked a standard double but as given a twin single. In that room there was the smallest TV I have ever seen. I think tablets now days might be bigger. The mattresses were new but could count every spring that was poking out. Breakfast was overcooked. I was later moved to a better room thanks to the staff. This hotel needs a big time makeover and change in how it is run.
