Located nearby the banks of the River Brathay in the Langdale valley is River Bank. A traditional Lakeland cottage overlooking the ancient river bridge, this is a lovely base for families or two couple to enjoy.

The living room is centered around the woodburning stove to enjoy on the cooler evenings, and dining area is the perfect spot for a social evening catching up around exploring the area over a glass of wine. Upstairs there is a spacious king-size double bedroom with views over the river, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom boasting bath and separate shower. Venture outside to the private rear garden furnished for dining al fresco with BBQ.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the more popular villages, Skelwith Bridge is perfectly situated for exploring the nearby Langdale Pikes and Blea Tarn as well as a short drive from the vibrant village of Ambleside.
