The property has undergone a full refurbishment in 2019 and offers guests a very comfortable and well laid out holiday home. There is a spacious reception hall with a utility room to the side, with a washing machine and drying racks for those wet clothes or wetsuits. Set all on the ground floor, this property is the ideal choice for the less mobile. Comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests, the property has a kingsize bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a room with a single bed. There is also a family bathroom with a lovely spa bath, the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The living room is open plan with the dining room, with comfortable leather seating and a large Smart TV, along with huge windows offering fabulous views over the mountains and beyond. The kitchen offers a small breakfast bar and is well-equipped with a good level of appliances. Outside there is parking and a garden area with outdoor seating.
The nearby village of Lochinver has a host of amenities including shops, restaurant and a public house. The popular town of Ullapool is only 35 miles away and has much to see and do. This is a great base from which to explore the western coast of the Highlands, with its castles, beaches and stunning coastline.
