The apartments are just a short walk from the beach at Thurlestone Sands and sit adjacent to the South West Coast Path, whilst the historic villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove are both nearby.
7 Ocean's Edge is a delightful first floor apartment,(Lift available) enjoying views over the shared swimming pool, neighbouring countryside and out to sea towards Burgh Island and Bigbury Bay. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, made light and bright space by large glazed doors leading out to a furnished balcony. The comfortably furnished lounge space includes a large corner suite, which leads to a well equipped kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs. A separate utility houses a washer/dryer.

The village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the 'Voyage Spa', where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
