7 Thurlestone Rock is a spacious ground floor apartment with wide ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and large patio area. A well equipped, fully fitted galley kitchen comprising electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The large, open plan dining and living area is furnished with a widescreen TV/DVD unit, sofa and chairs, dining table seating six. A key feature of the property is the large outdoor patio area, with sweeping ocean views, comfortable furniture and steps that lead directly onto the beach. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom (combined bath/power shower). The second bedroom has full size twin beds, whilst the smaller third twin bedroom has a 3' bed, with an additional single stacked beneath. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the 'Voyage Spa', where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. Just a 10-15 minute drive away is the sailing town of Salcombe, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is also a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path, offering stunning panoramic sea views.
