The open plan living with dining area takes advantage of the French windows that lead you into the garden. The well planted, sweet shingle- style garden has pretty stepping stones to the wooden deck equipped with garden chairs, the perfect place to relax with a glass of bubbles or a coffee and a book. The patio features table and seating giving the family the ideal place for dining together outside. Perfectly positioned in the middle of Rock on the North Cornwall coast, Lowenna Manor 3 is just across the road from the delightful butcher, bakery and fish mongers. There is an exemplary deli and local newsagent also. If you fancy a stroll along the footpath the leads across the golf course to Brae Hill and Daymer Bay or Rock beach. Across some fields to Porthilly beach you can take advantage of the coastal views and serene stretch of sand at low tide.
Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country.
