The outdoor areas are wonderful. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and have a great time swimming in the pool, playing tennis and table tennis, or preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch, furnished with a large table with chairs and sofas, is perfect for these pleasant summer dinners. The swimming pool is chlorinated and measures 11 x 5 m and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 m. Around it, there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and more than 200 m2 of lawn, decorated with plants and trees, which is the perfect place especially for children to run around. There is a hen house with chickens where they will have total freedom to collect eggs, as well as fruit trees to taste their delicious fruits. From the countryside to the table! The plot is fenced and offers absolute privacy. This large, three-storey house has a large living-dining room with a fresh atmosphere thanks to its white colour scheme and blue details reminiscent of the sea. Here you will feel like having a relaxing and peaceful time watching satellite TV. The kitchen follows the same style and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook without any problems, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, among other things. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are five bedrooms in total. On the same floor, there is one of them with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabin, both with hydromassage. The equipment is completed with a cot and a high chair for a baby, as well as oil central heating throughout the house for winter accommodation. The property is located between Las Salinas and Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you will find a beautiful sandy beach. A couple of kilometres further on, you will reach the famous and paradisiacal beach of Es Trenc, ideal to spend the whole day. If another day takes your fancy, you can take a boat trip to the island of Cabrera, visit the saltworks where the salt is separated from the sea water, and have lunch in a good restaurant, among many other things. This area offers all the necessary services such as supermarkets, chemists, banks, cafés and so on. And before leaving, you must visit the city of Palma, with its central cobbled streets full of life and shops, and its mythical cathedral.
