Welcome to this impressive house in Pont d'Inca, a beautiful urbanisation belonging to Marratxí. It offers a great private pool and accommodation for 6 people.
Enjoy the private chlorine pool of this three-storey house every day. It sizes 7 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a delicious breakfast in the screen porch and then you will be ready to swim! There also is a an exterior shower to wash off. You can spend a nice day basking in the sun by the pool on one of the 2 sun loungers, read a book on the chairs or cook a succulent barbecue.Inside you find two spacious living-dining rooms, equipped with sofas and TV to enjoy a family time (or with friends) or simply rest. One of them is open to the kitchen area which features a gas stove and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are in here. A shower bathroom completes this floor. On the first floor we have the three bedrooms, all of them with a closet. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, as well as space for a baby cot (and a high chair is also offered). The other two rooms have twin beds. A second bathroom with a tub completes this floor. The basement features a wonderful gym and sauna so that you can exercise also during vacation. The house has air-conditioning in all rooms and also gas central heating. Pont d'Inca is a fabulous residential area with all needed services like supermarkets, bars, restaurants and more. You can reach the capital of the island, Palma, by car or train, enjoy a nice walk throughout the city centre and visit the ancient and wonderful cathedral la Seu. The nearest beach is in es Molinar about 11.4 km away but there are other beaches which also are a worth visit like S'Arenal, Can Pastilla or Cala Major.
