Casa Margherita is a welcoming chalet on the mountains of Gravedona.
Here, although being very close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, reachable in less than 15 minutes by car, you can breathe fresh air and relax without disturb, enjoying your summer days up to the mountains.
The house is spread over two floors, on the ground floor we have the living area with the kitchen, and going up a spiral staircase we get to the first floor, with the bedrooms and the bathroom.
Outside the house there is a table with outdoor chairs where you can have lunch and dinner! You will also find a charcoal barbecue and deck chairs that you can use in the garden.
You can choose whether to spend your holiday always out and about to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, starting directly from home for trekking or mountain bike excursions, or alternate it with days of complete relax, lounging in the garden!
The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and electric kettle;
To complete the living area we find a sofa for two people and a TV.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed.
The bathroom, also on the first floor, has a shower with shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and bidet.
Less than 30 meters from the house there is a parking space reserved for guests.
Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
Don\'t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
