Summary: The position in the city is great. The tiny charming street is great. But the apartment, despite looking nice and full of potential was more a disapointment than a pleasure considering the price level. Code provided for the keybox was wrong. Thankfully we received the good one in a lonely mail. 2 lights among 4 are not working in kitchen Toilets are moving and poor quality Closet in bathroom has broken handle Boiler was off when we arrived and no infos about it. Everything was unplugged everywhere. Lack of plugs near bed Leaving room lights are really weak Chairs in leaving room are mostly broken Half a sponge, already used was the only thing available to clean dishes = it's not serious. 1 towel was kind of dirty (big yellowish marks on the border) Table was not clean, some plates and forks were also dirty. Dots of Moisture was visible on the ceiling of the bathroom Garden is just useless with nothing to sit there Garbages were already full Gate to enter is blocked by bushes on one side and his broken on the car side (openable but badly) Floor is super noisy we can hear loudly the neighboors as if they were in the next room. So yeah ... nice place, nice apartment but such a bad treatment for it = it's not worth it
