Hall and stairs leading to first floor double (king size bed) and twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Modern bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Cottage access by residence only lane. Parking for one car. Start of cycle walk way into Sidmouth town and the beech beside the river Sid. Easy access out of lane on to main road with regular buses into the town or if you fancy a half hour journey to Seaton or Exeter all on special rates at the moment for £2 which is a lot cheaper than the parking. Local shop 2 min walk and two pubs.
