Summary: As with most hotels in this area the rooms are tiny and there in no elevator and no A/C. The room did come with a good fan and a large opening window which faced the back gardens. The room is nicely decorated and equipped with kettle and fridge. The hot water was hit and miss at times. I would stay there again, maybe not in July.
