Located in a quiet urbanization of Calonge, this large and sunny house enjoys a fantastic location, with incredible views to the mountains and the valley.
With 400 m2 built on a plot of 1500 m2 it is distributed in three floors.
The ground floor consists of a living and dining room with open plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From this floor there is access to the beautiful garden and the swimming pool with barbecue area and summer dining room, perfect to spend unforgettable moments.
On the first floor there is the entrance to the house, a living room and dining room, kitchen-diner, both with access to a sunny terrace with fantastic views, where you can enjoy pleasant summer meals.
