The space
This stunning 1910 cottage is just 500 yards from the cattle grid entrance to the New Forest, near Linford Bottom. Ringwood market town is just 2 miles away.

The quiet private lane is a lovely spot for children to play on bikes and admire the deer and ponies in the paddock opposite.
The property has one large double bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor.
The master bedroom has a dressing area and spacious en-suite along with a superking bed with a hypnos mattress.
The fabulous open plan family area and kitchen has underfloor heating as well as a log burner and a smart TV in the living area. A sociable breakfast bar complete with comfy chairs is the perfect place to sit and chat with the large dinning table that seats 10 people being ideal for meal times. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment and utensils. A separate utility room has a washing machine.

A separate lounge with TV and piano is at the front of the house. There's also a work desk and fibre optic to the property with speeds around 150 gb.
The garden area has a patio with luxury outdoor seating and bbq. There is also a hammock and a retro red telephone box in the garden!

The New Forest National Park is on your doorstep, with the New Forest Water Park close by for adrenalin junkies! Moors Valley is 4 miles away and Paultons Park & Peppa Pig World 20 minutes away. There are lots of lovely walks in the area, country pubs, a market town and award winning beaches just 20 minutes away.
