An ideal starting point for kitesurfing, windsurfing or surfing or for hiking and cycling. The vacation home combines rural style with modern comfort and, thanks to its ideal location - surrounded by fields and nature - offers a relaxing vacation with complete privacy. The single-storey finca has 110 m² of living space, a cozy living/dining room with fireplace and pellet stove for underfloor heating and high wooden ceilings, a very well-equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed each and one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom and thus offers space for 5 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, board games, a crib and a high chair. In the well-kept outdoor area, you will find a covered terrace with a brick-built and comfortably upholstered seating area and a dining table.
