Positive: Venue is as described, private parking. -Outdoor space is shared, though - we didn't care since we were the only ones there. -In the middle of nowhere hidden behind some farms - perfect if you like to relax and enjoy calm nature.

Negative: -Heating impossible to adjust manually. Ground floor heating is set to 20°C max, only turns on during unspecified time frames. House cools down quickly when we had -5°C outside. It is very recommended to have the wooden fireplace running all day. -No heating for the bedroom available - Bedroom was 14°C when we arrived -Heaters in Bathrooms cannot be adjusted manually, only turn on during unspecified time frames. No other heating available. -Lots of cutlery in the drawer was left dirty from the previous rental - really gross and unexpected - apparently wasn't properly checked by landlords. -Very random set of glasses & cooking equipment, only two pots, one super small, the other defective -Wood for the oven was very moist, we could see water coming out the logs when burning them in the oven -when we asked for some additional dry small wood to light the fire we were told "everything you need is there - or you must buy it" -"Cleaning fee" is intransparent. One has to wash dishes & cutlery and return them to drawers before leaving. Trash bags are obligatory to dispose them yourself at the waste plant during opening times in the area, otherwise 25€ per bag as fine is added by the landlords. Only 1 trash bag per type available. -Additional "House rules" adding additional fines were presented only on departure day - especially covering the handling of trash and dishes
