The characterful property boasts three fine bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, accommodating six people and sharing a family bathroom. The ground floor has a generously sized sitting room area and a large farmhouse kitchen with dining area, with beamed ceilings adding to the character throughout. Outside is a large enclosed area that can accommodate a number of vehicles for off road parking, and the well-maintained area also offers a shared space with a number of rustic-style picnic tables. There is a lovely private hot tub to unwind after a days walking in the fells. Located within walking distance of the nearest pub and just a fifteen-minute drive to such neighbouring attractions as Penrith and Ullswater, Daisy Cottage makes an ideal base for exploring the beauty of the Lake District, offering a peaceful and comfortable family holiday.
