Please be aware that the premises are adjacent to a working arable farm. farm vehicles and machinery will be operating, please be aware that kitchen, sitting room and courtyard facilities are shared with other guests in the stables, and customers are expected to clean up after themselves when cooking, eating or socializing, additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property, we reserve the right to decline groups of three or more families or connected parties, please note the property asks guests to refrain from excessive noise levels after 22:00, we are a quiet site and our guests book for that peace and quiet. if you want to party late, then we can suggest alternative places to stay locally, for dog friendly rooms, please note that a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per room by prior arrangement. there is a charge of £5 per night, which will be added to your booking and needs to be paid in advance. , dogs are not allowed in our single room or rooms that do not say dog friendly, lost keys will be charged at gbp 10 each. we reserve the right to charge a refundable key deposit, please note the maximum number of rooms that can be booked on any one booking is 2.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
