A private study, boot room and laundry room then lead to a wonderfully designed, family-sized kitchen with a table to seat sixteen people, French doors out to the south-facing garden, a huge island with bar stools and a dual zone wine fridge, two full Bora high specification, self-cleaning ovens, a hob and downdraft extractor, a warming drawer, a Quooker tap with boiling, filtered cold, filtered sparkling, hot and cold water, a coffee and breakfast station also with a boiling tap.
