Positive: Lovely location and great for our dog as all fenced in.

Negative: There was a AWEFUL sewage smell every time we used the toilet or shower day and night. Looked over the fence and there was a massive pile of dog poo from the kennels which added to the sewage smell.It was a very hot few days and it stunk !
