Refurbished, large and airy 3 double bedroom apartment over two floors, located in a Grade II listed building in central Falmouth and close to the quayside. Newly fitted large modern kitchen/breakfast room with balcony and small utility room with washer dryer and a second fridge freezer. Balcony has tables and chairs and sea views. A 25 foot spacious sitting/dining room with huge corner sofa and central wall hung smart TV and wifi and seudo log burner. Central staircase with all bedrooms located upstairs. Master bedroom with 5' double and ensuite shower room with a balcony featuring a couple of sun loungers. 2nd bedroom with 5 foot double and 3rd with a standard double. Good sized family bathroom with bath and shower above - all with excellent water pressure. Centrally heated and feature electric log burner.
A really great location just off the pretty end of the high street with a great selection of cafes and restaurants within 100 metres and very close to the very convenient Tesco Express and festival square. The quayside is just at the bottom of the road where the famous Shanty festival takes place. Really good local pubs at both the top and bottom of the road. Also only a 12 minute walk to the famous sandy Gylly Beach with its fantastic beach cafe where you can hire a canoe or paddle board.
Lots of pretty local villages cliff top walks. Pier located at the other end of the high street where you can hop on a ferry to St Mawes or take a trip up one of the estuaries. Alternatively book yourself on a sailing course at the Yaght club which is located less than 3 minutes away from the apartment. A great location to enjoy a holiday without getting in the car. Unfortunately there isn't parking on the premises. However it is very easy to pay for a weeks parking at the long term station car park which is less than a 4 minute walk away. You can do this online or on your phone on arrival.
