Positive: It was very clean and the host, Finke, was very nice and very helpful, he explained everything. The flat has also a see view if you seat on balcony. The views: on one side mountains and the ocean in the other side. At night it was very quiet, bed is comfortable so even if you are sensitive to noise, you can sleep very well, because it's so quiet. It's good location, you have a good shopping centre in walking distance and a nice walking by the ocean also in walking distance. We had a garage for our car, so it was perfect. Kitchen was modern and the flat was very well equipped. Bathroom was very big and beautiful, clean. I would totally recommend this place.
