Positive: The location was excellent in its 'remoteness' and grandeur...a really nice way of getting away from it all and unusually these days, there was no sound of distant, 'eternal' and droning traffic noise...

Negative: The bed was uncomfortable and particularly the pillows - and I did remark to Reception that the location of room 8, whilst ostensibly nice and 'tucked away', the noise from some form of apparatus in the room (not the television, I didn't turn this on...) was noisy and then at 6 in the morning, I was woken and disturbed by the Kitchen extraction system etc. - aswell as delivery vehicles...unavoidable in running a business but...

Summary: Truly great and professional, equally personable team and thank you...
