Larger coastal resorts including Torre del Mar and Nerja are 25-40 minutes drive away, great for beaches, watersports, beach bars, shopping and plenty of nightlife. The fabulous city of Malaga is 50 min drive away with its scenic port, beautiful old town, Alcazaba and Cathedral, along with numerous tapas bars and restaurants. Locally you will also find mountain biking, horse riding, walking, fishing and golf. (Baviera, 30 min away)
Skiing can be found during the winter months in the Sierra Nevada mountains 2 hours drive away.

Sunbathe on the deck overlooking the lake or shade amongst the olive trees ideal for a lazy picnic or read. Lemon, orange and almond trees can be picked in season.
