The 64 sqm accommodation is divided into two levels (ground floor and basement). Please pay more attention to the internal staircase if you are traveling with children.

- KITCHENETTE with dining table and chairs, induction hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with sink, slightly raised shower cubicle, bidet and WC.
Basement Floor:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, sofa, 50 inch TV, open walk-in closet and split A/C.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating with heat pump, washing machine, washer-dryer, blackout curtains, trouser press, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, hairdryer.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
