Besides the balcony there is also a garden in the front of the house for you to enjoy. Downstairs you will find a sauna and whirlpool with direct access to the outdoors.
SUMMER: start hiking and biking right outside the front door. Enjoy numerous marked trails that take you all over the beautiful Brandner Valley. The Brandner Valley Bike Park is only about 5 minutes away and offers exciting trails for adrenaline junkies. Traditional Austrian restaurants are within walking distance.
WINTER: Occasionally you will be able to ski in/ ski out if snow conditions allow it. Otherwise it is about a three minute car-ride to the Brandner Valley ski lift. Besides skiing you also find excellent cross country skiing (start about 3 minutes away), snowshoeing, snow trail hiking (directly in front of the main entrance). If you love animals, enjoy a sleigh ride pulled by huskies huskies.
