There is a shuttle bus to the beach, which leaves at 10.00, 12.00 and 14.00 to get there and comes back at 12.00, 14.00 and 19.00. In Letojanni and the surroundings it rains very little, there is no fog and no smog or snow. The last snow fell 52 years ago. This climate and the unspoilt environment enable a holiday in the fresh air with plenty of sports options such as walks (30 minutes to Taormina), jogging along the beach promenade and on the beach, or cycling. You can also visit the numerous archaeological excavations in this area, either by public transport, by car or on guided tours.
