The house welcomes you to a complete landscape that winds between mountains and sea. A large terrace of 50 square meters, shaded for most of the day, ensures an unforgettable view; agrumeto the underlying slides toward the valley and goes back up to Monte S. The house of 100 sq meters is very fresh for both its location and because the area is very windy (hence the name Contrada Serra Scirocco).
It consists of 5 rooms organized as follows:

- newly renovated bathroom accessed from the living room
Since almost all the rooms are very large, there is the possibility of adding extra beds up to a maximum of 8 beds.
SEA
The nearest beach Lido Vetrana, both free and equipped, is just 5 minutes away by car.
There is no shortage of opportunities to reach less-visited beaches such as La tonnara or Pietra flat. A few km away the coast offers unique landscapes like those between Campofelice and Lascari.

Around 400 d. c. the mountains of Sicily were covered with extensive forests and the island was rich in wildlife. In S. Onofrio we would have ended in the middle of a thick forest of oaks and cork trees, in the company of wolves, foxes and deer, two steps from the sea. Today the thick forest no longer exists and has given way to the bush often torn apart by the fires. The merit of conservation was instead of the Marquis Artale family, in the sixteenth century, Sicily, also settled in these territories between Altavilla Milicia and Trabia.
The memory of this family remained in the name of the ancient tower and the farmhouse that arise Contrada Sant'Onofrio, now converted into hotel complex. The Artale family, once in possession of this land, made a vast hunting grounds surrounding it with a high solid wall just over two meters; mostly still it exists today and was built to discourage the depletion of the forest. It was also built a "cottage" on the mountain to comfortably accommodate the marquis and their guests. Some of the mammals that were interested in Marquis protect "withdrawals" unauthorized are still present: the hare, rabbits, porcupines and hedgehogs. Among the predators there are still elusive pine marten, weasel, wild cat and fox. Of the wolf, however, it has only the name of the nearby Pizzo Wolf.
